Table tennis booking software for clubs and venues with tables to hire

If you rent out tables by the hour, you need to know which are free without walking the floor. Bookingly gives each table its own schedule and lets players book online.

Bookingly lets you name what you rent. Call them tables, and your booking page, emails and calendar all say tables. You add as many as you have, in one location or several.

A club with 12 tables might block the whole hall on Tuesday nights for training and leave the rest open. Set that once as a weekly block.

What you get

Your own wording

Rename courts to tables, lanes, rooms or whatever you hire out. Your customers see your words, not ours.

Block the whole hall or a few tables

Reserve everything for a tournament, or just two tables for a coaching group.

Fits around other hall users

Set opening hours that suit you, and add blocked times for the days and times the space belongs to someone else.

Simple for first-time players

Customers choose a table and a time, enter their details and pay. No account to create.

How it works

  1. Add your tables. Name each table, set its hourly price and choose how long a slot is.
  2. Set your hours. Choose when you're open at each location. Block off anything you don't want to sell.
  3. Share your booking link. Put it on your website, in your socials or on a sign at the front desk.
  4. Players book and pay. Your calendar fills in, and nobody gets double-booked.

Questions about table tennis bookings

Can I run this at a café or bar?

Yes. Bookingly works for any space you hire by the hour. Set your opening hours and list the tables you want bookable.

Can a group keep the same table every week?

Block the tables for them at the same time each week. For one-off regulars, your team can also add bookings from the calendar.

Do I have to take payment online?

No. Payment through Stripe is optional. If you leave it off, players book and pay you in person.

How do I add more tables later?

From your settings. Add a table, give it a price and slot length, and it appears on your booking page straight away.
