Squash court booking software for clubs and leisure centres

Squash runs on short, back-to-back slots, which makes a paper diary a headache. Bookingly lets players book a court in a few taps and keeps your schedule accurate without a staff member behind the counter.

Start free Try the booking demo

Set a slot of 30 or 45 minutes (or whatever your club uses) and open the courts for the hours you're staffed or accessible. Players see free times and book what they want.

Your team can add bookings for the regulars who ring up, and move them with a drag if plans change. The player gets an email each time.

What you get

Short slots that fit your club

Slot lengths work in 15-minute steps, so 30 and 45 minute games sit neatly in the day.

Walk-ins and phone bookings

Your team can add bookings for people at the desk or on the phone. The same calendar stops anyone being double-booked.

Closures and maintenance

Block a court for resurfacing or a glass repair without touching the others. Add a label so your team knows why.

Email confirmations

Players get a confirmation with the court and time, and another if you move the booking.

How it works

  1. Add your courts. Name each court, set its hourly price and choose how long a slot is.
  2. Set your hours. Choose when you're open at each location. Block off anything you don't want to sell.
  3. Share your booking link. Put it on your website, in your socials or on a sign at the front desk.
  4. Players book and pay. Your calendar fills in, and nobody gets double-booked.

Questions about squash bookings

Can I set a minimum notice for bookings?

Yes. You can control how far ahead players can book and how much notice you need, so you're not surprised by a booking five minutes before it starts.

Can members get cheaper rates?

You can create discount codes and give them to members. There's no separate membership system, so the code is how you apply a member rate.

What happens if two people try to book the same slot?

Once a player begins booking, that slot is held for them for a few minutes, so a second person sees it as taken.

Can I see who played and when?

Every booking is saved against a customer profile, so you can look up a player's history.
