How it works
- Add your courts. Name each court, set its hourly price and choose how long a slot is.
- Set your hours. Choose when you're open at each location. Block off anything you don't want to sell.
- Share your booking link. Put it on your website, in your socials or on a sign at the front desk.
- Players book and pay. Your calendar fills in, and nobody gets double-booked.
Questions about tennis bookings
Can I take bookings for members and the public?
Everyone books through the same page. Create discount codes for your members and give them out, and your team can add bookings for anyone from the calendar.
What about rain and public holidays?
Block out the time for weather closures, and set your public holiday closures by country so the courts stay closed on days you're shut.
Can I run lessons as well as court hire?
A Bookingly account is set up for either court hire or appointment-style services. For lessons, block the courts your coach needs and take lesson bookings however you do today.
How long can a booking be?
You choose a slot length for each court, from 15 minutes up to 8 hours. A customer can book consecutive slots in one go, to a maximum of 8 hours.
