Badminton court booking software that fills your courts

Most badminton venues still run on phone calls, a shared spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. Bookingly puts your courts online so players can see what's free, pick a time and pay, without anyone at the front desk having to answer the phone.

Add each court once, set your opening hours and choose how long a slot is. Hourly is the usual choice for badminton, but you can use 30 minutes, 90 minutes or anything in between. Players pick a time on your booking page and they're done.

Plenty of your nights belong to the same group. Block those courts at the same time every week and the regulars keep their spot, while everything else stays open to the public. When the club closes for a school holiday, block the time off and the courts stop taking bookings.

What you get

Live court availability

Players see exactly which courts are free and when, on their phone, any time of day. Once someone starts booking a slot it's held for them, so you don't get two groups turning up for the same court.

Protect regular and league nights

Block courts for a club night, a league or junior coaching and have it repeat every week, until a date or until you remove it.

Pay at booking

Connect your own Stripe account and players pay for the court when they book. Fewer no-shows, and less cash to chase at the counter.

Block off coaching and comps

Reserve courts for tournaments and one-off events. Block just two courts, or the whole venue, with a label so your team knows why.

How it works

  1. Add your courts. Name each court, set its hourly price and choose how long a slot is.
  2. Set your hours. Choose when you're open at each location. Block off anything you don't want to sell.
  3. Share your booking link. Put it on your website, in your socials or on a sign at the front desk.
  4. Players book and pay. Your calendar fills in, and nobody gets double-booked.

Questions about badminton bookings

Can players book more than one badminton court at once?

Yes. You can allow players to book several courts in a single booking, and you choose the maximum. That suits social groups and school bookings that need three or four courts together.

Can I set different prices for different courts?

Every court has its own hourly price, so a show court can cost more than the standard ones. Leave the price blank if you don't want to charge online for a court.

How do I keep courts free for a weekly club night?

Add a blocked time for the courts you need, choose the days it repeats on and an end date if there is one. Those courts show as unavailable to everyone else.

What if a player needs to change their booking?

Your team can drag a booking to a new court or time in the calendar. The player gets an email telling them what changed.
