Netball court booking software for clubs and indoor centres

Netball venues have a clear weekly rhythm: competition nights, training, school hire and the occasional tournament. Bookingly helps you protect that rhythm and sell the gaps online.

Start free Try the booking demo

Block your competition nights as a weekly repeat so they never show as available. Everything else is open for training and social hire, bookable by anyone with the link.

When a team wants the same slot all season, block it for them weekly with an end date at the end of the season. Everyone else sees the court as taken.

What you get

Protect competition nights

Block your fixtures weekly, for all courts or just some of them, and only open what's genuinely free.

Season-long team slots

Weekly blocks run up to the date you set, and you can remove one whenever the season changes.

See what's booked at a glance

The calendar shows every court for the day, who has booked and which slots are blocked.

Your branding

Match your club colours and show your logo on the booking page.

How it works

  1. Add your courts. Name each court, set its hourly price and choose how long a slot is.
  2. Set your hours. Choose when you're open at each location. Block off anything you don't want to sell.
  3. Share your booking link. Put it on your website, in your socials or on a sign at the front desk.
  4. Players book and pay. Your calendar fills in, and nobody gets double-booked.

Questions about netball bookings

Can I use this for an association with several venues?

Yes. Each venue is a location with its own courts and opening hours, and all plans include unlimited locations.

Can teams change their own bookings?

Teams contact you and your staff move the booking with a drag in the calendar. They get an email with the new time.

Does it handle outdoor courts?

Yes. Courts are courts, indoors or out. Block time off when the weather closes them.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. You and your staff can use the app on iOS and Android, and your customers book through any browser.
